1. General Conditions

By visiting our site and purchasing our products or booking our services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Image Copyright and Content

When uploading photos for custom magnets, you guarantee that you own the rights to the images or have obtained explicit permission to use them. We will not print images that contain illegal, highly offensive, or non-consensual explicit material. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates these content guidelines.

3. Photo Booth Hire and Equipment Liability

When booking our on-site photo-booth services, the client assumes responsibility for the conduct of their guests. The client will be held financially liable for any malicious damage, theft, or destruction of our photo-booth equipment (including but not limited to the camera, lighting, printer, iPad, and structural tower) caused by the client or the client's guests during the hire period.

4. Event Operations

Our team requires safe, level access to a power source and adequate space to set up the photo booth. If the venue conditions are deemed unsafe for operation or risk damage to our equipment, we reserve the right to halt operations until the issue is resolved, without extending the hire time or issuing a refund.
